I am looking to buy an LCD monitor for my computer (I am still rocking an old-school CRT). I was thinking that while i was at it, I might as well get one with an HDMI input so I can enjoy my PS3 ...
It really depends on the monitor - a Sony G5xx (which has brightness issues though!) can handle 1920x1440@60fps which is enough to handle 1080p from a computer.
